Live Streaming – GCRS Update & Frequently Asked Questions
Structured live session presenting GCRS achievements, future plans and answers to frequently asked questions from Romanian students in Europe.
Growth is a long-form editorial show dedicated to Romanian students who have chosen to study in other countries. Each episode follows their journey as young adults who learn, work, make decisions and build their identity away from home.
The show explores everyday life, academic experiences and cultural adaptation: from the first contact with a new university system, to the advantages and challenges of living in another country, managing pressure and finding balance between study and personal life.
Members of the Growth team draw on their own experiences as students abroad. They document real situations, research different aspects of student life and turn them into structured scripts, which are then presented on air in an authentic, conversational style, during the monthly live streaming on YouTube.
The project aims to inspire young Romanians who are considering studies abroad, by offering honest stories, practical insights and realistic expectations. At the same time, Growth helps build a community around STUDENTV — a space where students can recognise themselves in others’ experiences and share their own journeys.

Facebook Post 1/2 – GCRS Promo
Title (can also be inserted in the graphic if desired):
“From despair to hope – how we helped a student who was about to give up”
Full text for the post:
“I had reached the point where I no longer knew what to do. I had no money for food, DUO had asked for everything back, and my parents did not understand what I was going through…”
This is how the message of a Romanian student in a deep crisis began. He wrote to us with fear, but also with a trace of hope.
We replied the same day.
We analyzed his case, explained his rights, and drafted his complaint.
Today? Not only has he regained support, but he is also part of our community.
We cannot say names – we protect his identity.
But we can say clearly: he is not the only one. Dozens of Romanian students are facing similar situations.
If you are reading this and feel that the story is also yours…
Write to us. We do not judge you. We do not ask why. We help you.
